2010 Dr Lee

Dr. James Lee   


Dr. Lee received his D.D.S. Degree from the University of Michigan and completed a one year fellowship in periodontology and dental implants. In addition, he received certificates in implantology from The Zimmer Dental Institute and in IV sedation. Dr. Lee is board certified, has been in private practice since 1990 and opened the Lee Center for Cosmetic & Family Dentistry in 1998. Dr. Lee’s goals are to provide an exceptional level of care and service to our patients and to continuously bring new and better techniques and technology into our practice so that our patients can benefit.  His approach is to empower patients with maximum prevention strategies, to provide early detection of oral conditions and to provide minimally invasive procedures when treatment in necessary. Dr. Lee holds memberships in the American and National Dental Associations, The Academy of General Dentistry, the Michigan Dental Association, and the Washtenaw District Dental Society. Dr. Lee is married with two children and a cat named Rico. He enjoys basketball, portraiture, fishing and listening to music.





2010 Amber


Registered Dental Hygienist RDH, AAS

Amber joined our practice in 2007. She is a graduate of the Dental Hygiene program at Ferris State University. She greatly enjoys her career and her goal is to make every patient's visit to our office a positive experience by providing a comfortable atmosphere and a gentle touch. In her spare time she enjoys volleyball, camping, and spending time with family and friends.



Registered Dental Hygienist, AAS, BA

Brittany received her Associates degree in Applied Sciences and Dental Hygiene and her Bachelors in Health Care Systems Administration from Ferris State University. She has been with our practice since 2011. Brittany’s goals are to provide positive and calming experiences for our patients and to help them improve their oral health. She enjoys bike riding, listening to music and spoiling her dog, Penny! She is planning a wedding for July 2016 with her fiancé, Alex.










Patient Care Coordinator

Sheila comes to us with an extensive background in customer service.  Her enthusiasm is contagious and she makes all of our patients feel welcome with her warm smile and understanding nature.  Her primary goal is to put a little sunshine in everyone’s day and to make sure that your experience at our office is an exceptional one.  Sheila also loves spending time with her four grandchildren. 




Patient Financial Coordinator, AAS

Debbie received her Associates Degree in Arts from Mid Michigan Community College and has also studied at Siena Heights University in Business and Psychology.  She has over twelve years of experience in dentistry and helps patients to understand their insurance benefits and estimates before treatment begins.  Debbie has been working at The Lee Center since 2015.  She understands the sense of urgency that patients have to get their treatment started and appreciates the innovation and resourcefulness that’s available to them throughout the process.  Debbie enjoys living a healthy life style, travel when time allows, and spending as much time as possible with family and friends. 












Dental Assistant

Jenn graduated from The Toledo Dental Academy with instruction in chair-side dental assisting, OSHA compliance, and her received radiology certification.   She also received advanced training in E4D CAD/CAM crown fabrication in 2014 at E4D University in Texas.  This has allowed Jenn to make custom crowns for our patients directly in the office within one day.  Jenn has been with our practice since 2012 and her goals are to ensure an enjoyable and stress-free patient experience at our office and to help educate our patients about the many different treatment options available.  Jenn enjoys spending time with family and friends (including her dog Klaus!), going to the gym, target shooting, and cooking.
















Certified & Registered Dental Assistant, CDA, RDA, AAS

Tammi graduated from Ross Medical Education Center in 1996 (class valedictorian) and worked as a dental assistant for nine years before teaching at Everest Institute in 2005.  She completed the Accelerated Dental Assisting program at Washtenaw Community College in 2010 and her Associates Degree in Dental Assisting from Washtenaw Community College in 2014. Tammi has advanced training and credentials that allow her to provide expanded services to our patients. Tammi has been with our practice since 2015 and her goal for our patients is to feel that their comfort, trust, and overall health is her top priority.  She especially empathizes with apprehensive patients because she grew up with a fear of going to the dentist.  In her spare time she enjoys acting, playing board or computer games with her husband, joking and playing around with her five grown children, playing with and showing her grandchildren and pets how much she loves them.
